Guest Information
 Swan House
sleeps a maximum of twelve persons. - Our prices are fully inclusive of heating, water, logs, towels, bed linen, welcome hamper and welcome toiletries.
- Weekly lets are from Friday to Friday.
- Weekend (Friday to Monday) and midweek (Monday to Friday) short breaks may be available in low season (November to
February excluding Christmas and New Year) and at other times on a last minute basis.
- A provisional booking must be confirmed by payment of a deposit of one third of the total rental within seven days.
Payment of the balance is payable nine weeks before the arrival date. Bookings made within nine weeks of the arrival
date must be paid in full immediately.
- A damage deposit of £500.00 is required. This is due eight weeks before your arrival date and should be paid at the
same time as payment of the balance or immediately if you are booking less than eight weeks before your arrival date. It
will be refunded after your departure provided that no damage has been caused.
- Cheques should be made payable to 'Michael & Patricia Langley'.
- Swan House is available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
- Owing to the presence of the lake and the river, we regret that Swan house is not suitable for children under the
age of five years.
- We regret that we cannot accept stag or hen parties or pets.
- Swan House is a strictly non-smoking household.
- Guests are advised to obtain cancellation insurance.
- Our full terms and conditions, of which the foregoing are part only, will be provided during the booking process.
